Rezoume is run by Abhishek, an individual based in France, reachable through hiabhi.com. Using the site means accepting what is written here.
It reads a job posting you paste in, researches the company, scores how well your profile fits, and helps you write and typeset a resume and cover letter. You can use most of it without an account.
It does not apply to jobs for you. It never logs into a hiring system, never fills in a form on your behalf, and never submits anything to an employer. You download your documents and you apply yourself.
It does not promise you a job. No tool can. The fit score is an opinion produced by an AI model, not a judgement by the employer, and it can be wrong.
Rezoume uses AI models, and AI models make things up. Everything it writes about you is a draft for you to check. You are responsible for what your resume claims. Do not send out a document you have not read.
Your resume, your profile and the documents you make with Rezoume belong to you. Uploading them gives permission to process them so the product can work, and nothing more. They are not used to train models and they are not sold. See the Privacy Policy.

Accounts doing any of these can be closed.
There is a free tier. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Dodo Payments, who handle the card details. Rezoume never sees your card number. Cancel whenever you like and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If something goes wrong on our side and you paid for it, ask for a refund and you will get one.
Rezoume is built and run by one person. It will sometimes be down. There is no service level agreement, and the practical remedy for a bad month is a refund, not damages.
Rezoume is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Abhishek is not liable for lost opportunities, lost work or indirect losses arising from using it. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under French or European Union law.
These terms can change, and the date at the top will say when. French law applies. If something is wrong, email first. Almost everything is fixable that way.
